Key Deliverables

• Identification of suitable Adelaide CBD and suburban infill sites suitable for regeneration, in liaison with Renewal SA.
• Clarification of planning issues (zoning, planning approval processes, etc.) that impact on the opportunities for commercial higher density development.
• Summary of leading practices in South Australia and elsewhere, for sharing the UDIA members and government leaders, to assist development opportunities in South Australia.
• Contribution to Media Releases related to summary positions and reports.
• Contribution to preparation of submissions by UDIA in response to inquiries/reviews/announcements by government, councils and stakeholders.
• Response to statements or declarations by councils and government agencies on matters affecting the zoning of land and planning approval for development.
• Contribution to revision of UDIA Policy.
