Property Development and Project Management Course

Created by the development industry for the development industry.

The UDIA Property Development Program is a 6-day course that provides basic skills, knowledge and the terminology required to work within the urban development industry in South Australia.  The topics are led by subject matter experts and industry professionals that are tailored to suit local requirements for maximum relevance.

Participants of both entry level and advanced learn everything from identifying opportunities, to planning, pitching, marketing, securing titles for development, and more.

Upon completion, participants are able to enrol with Swinburne University of Technology, through recognition of prior learning, to gain a Diploma of Project Management.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Points

Accredited professionals within the urban development industry need to maintain and enhance their professional knowledge and skills as their careers progress. New legislation, technology, roles and workplaces often require, and provide opportunities for, accredited professionals to undertake Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

The UDIA SA assists members to achieve their required CPD points through various programs and knowledge-based events.

Each module of the UDIA Professional Development Program may be granted CPD points, however It is the accredited professional’s responsibility to maintain accurate records of CPD completion.
